- Appellee claimed that he sustained injuries (e.g. back injury) on March 25, 2007, on the Austin B.The trial court’s jury charge instructed that if the jury “found that [appellee] was injured because Orion failed to furnish him with a reasonably safe place to work, and that [appellee’s] working conditions could have been made safe through the exercise of reasonable care, then you must find that Orion was negligent.
- The Court ruled: Judgment affirmed
